Healthy Hummus with a twist!

1 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans (a.k.a chick peas)
1 tsp. oregano (fresh is wonderful)
1 tsp. curry powder
1/3 medium sweet onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 TBSP - Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil
1 TBSP - Classic or Classic Sassy Balsamic Vinegar

Drain and rinse beans – thoroughly and I like taking off the “skins or shells”. I think it makes hummus a better texture and taste.
Add all ingredients into a blender
Puree and serve with pita wedges, baked tortilla chips or over sliced tomatoes.

It’s VERY flavorful! Whoa . . . .
